The hotel was good for me. Close to markets and ok as l like to walk. There roading improvement close but does not affecr the hotel. Breakfast is comprehensive and the staff more than happy to help.
The taxi service is also and a safe option for transfers..
It was good for me , im staying again soon.

The breakfast was wonderful. It was way better than I expected for the room price. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only downside is the room (quite small and old, but considering the price, it's reasonable).

Walkable to Samyan Miltrtown shopping center (12 minutes), friendly staff, taxi service to airport with reasonable prices. There's a travel tour agent at front desk with reasonable price compair to outside travel tours.

The property was well situated within easy walk of old quarter and train street. It is on a side street so not too noisy with traffic, heard no noise from neighbours. The building smelled musty and old, but was clean. Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that.
