9.4/10 Exceptional! (4,554 reviews)
I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for getting around Hanoi. The room was comfortable, and the bed was great for a good night's sleep. All the staff members were polite, helpful, and professional. They also provided useful recommendations for exploring the city. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

9/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the kitchen was clean but I didn’t see any utensils in the kitchen. I hope you guys will provide plates, bowls and cutleries in the room. I didn’t include any breakfast during our stay so I have no comment there. Overall, I’ve always like iSanook and this is my go to hotel when I’m in Bangkok.

Breakfast was fantastic. Facilities were good too. No complaints with the room. Gym and pool were excellent. Will stay there again next time I come to Bangkok. We used the ferries to get around and the stop is right next to the hotel.
