9/10 Wonderful! (1,000 reviews)
I had stayed in Hansar many times. Hansar is great because the room rates is reasonable given that the room is very big and cosy. It is also few mins walk to BTS station and just one station away from siam station. However, after so many years, the rooms probably need some upgrading. Pillows are really too thin and I really hope they can change the toilet seat too. The massage at level 8 of the hotel used to be so impressive but I was really disappointed with the skill of the masseurs this time. Am unlikely going back again.

8.8/10 Excellent! (999 reviews)
A bit dated accomodation, no power points beside the beds and pretty dark generally. A bit of wear and tear throughout the bathroom. Shower took a very long time to run hot (5 minutes).
Breakfast great and staff lovely. Booking airport transfer was a bit messy by email, abit of repeating myself and payment links that expire after an hour. Makes it difficult to arrange whilst travelling.

8.4/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)
The concierge, Ariel was very helpful & pleasant. He helped us to find a hospital when we needed medical care. The front desk staff, Anna & Kanai were very helpful because they speak English. The drivers were very nice & kind although we don't speak Japanese.
The room's toilet makes very loud noise whenever we flushed. The sewer under the bath tub smells like something rotten.
Also, we had a business class room, wish there an extra chair in room.
