"Zedwell is basic accommodation and that is what we paid for and expected. Knowing this our stay was excellent. Perfect location, very clean and tidy, good room temperature and we recieved excellent service from staff when we required it. I missed having a window, and unfortunately woke to some maintenance works going on in the room next door on our last morning. But overall we got what we expected and would stay here again"

"Overall the hotel is good and in a great location. It’s clean and the staff were extremely friendly on check in and also stored our bags for free. We were a little disappointed in how basic the room was. I think the photos make it look a lot more higher end than it actually is. I also didn’t realise there was no TV or tea/coffee facilities until we turned up which we had assumed there would be. "Not keen on the rooms with no windows but other than that good stay , parking pricy £20 a day too but I suppose it’s convenient location , staff are excellent , cleaned everyday and free coffee machine on each floor , breakfast was nice and good selection, 5 min walk to brick lane ."

"Room was clean but the bedlinen could be a lot better. The duvet cover was worn and bobbled so felt rather rough. Also the pillows were not comfortable at all and the sink was tiny. However the shower was spacious and had a good water jet. Great location."

"Very convenient hotel, just next to stansted airport. Shuttle bus was available every 30 mins ( 4£ per person - one way) Room was clean and comfortable "

"Easy check in at noon as i came straight from redeye arrival at heathrow. Walked from the Tube stop. Good indian restaurant bar on premises. Only letdown was that i couldnt watch north american sports in the bar. No reception and too much time change. Double bed was fine. Washroom was small but it worked ok"
