"Everything was spot on and much better than expected! Location is convenient and close enough to many restaurants. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The laundry was so cool and you can check the progress from the tv in your room. Will definitely come back if we were to visit Osaka again!"

"Hotel location at good location. Convenience stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Staff are helpful and kind. Love that they have free cultural events and free ramen every night. Only downside is rooms are really small and it is difficult to open up more than one suitcase at a time if you have multiple luggage."

"Hotel is in a great location - right in the middle of Dontaburi and easy to get around. The hotel was very clean - room and facilities were updated and modern. Buffet breakfast was a surprising hit with our family (hotel buffets are usually mediocre from my experience but food was terrific here - totally recommend, great way to start the day). Staff is very friendly … would give full marks for this hotel!"
