"Rooms were clean and spotless. Staff was very courteous. We tried to hail a cab but could not get one as it was peak hour. I requested the hotel staff to book one for us. They immediately booked it. The staff even helped move our luggage from the street back to the hotel and from the hotel to the cab when it arrived. Staff's service was above and beyond. I would highly recommend. Also the hotel is very close to MRT station which makes it very convenient."
