"Raffles was probably the best hotel we have stayed in. It was an oasis of calm and serenity in the midst of a hectic chaotic city. The service was impeccable and the quality of the rooms and amenities exceptional. Breakfast was decadent and divine. We didn’t get a chance to try all the eateries but Tiffin Room did not disappoint. Also very impressed with the array of boutiques and the Raffles store. I would definitely recommend and will be going back the next time we visit."

"Whether you’re traveling to Singapore for the first time or the tenth time, this is the ultimate place to stay. The location, amenities, access to shopping and public transportation make Swissotel to stand out. Just make sure to get a room with Marina Bay view - that makes a difference."
"Overall it is a beautiful hotel. We had issues with the TV in the bedroom that we had to have technicians come back twice to try and fix over the span of about 4 hours. That was quite frustrating. Water in the shower was lukewarm. The was also maintenance being done in the room next door all door which was quite loud. The staff were wonderful and food was great. Perhaps if they had of switched our room it would have been a more pleasant stay."
"I like the rooms, as they were so quiet, even though my room was right near the elevators, I did not hear any noise.
I didn't have any food and beverage on-site, so cannot comment for that."
