"Hotel in fantastic location close to shopping, restaurants and MRT stop. Breakfast was amazing offering as was room service. Only disappointment, phone handset did not work and fridge not working. The latter we were told by maintenance was not there to cool but only to chill. It did neither nor did it get replaced as he promised. For almost $500AUD per night we expect better."

"I absolutely love staying at this property. The team led by Front Desk Supervisor Anis is incredible. Their dedication to excellent service, helpfulness & recommendations were all part of making my stay wonderful in Singapore. I managed to get the same room as my previous stay and I must say, I absolutely feel so cozy and comfortable. "The property is located in orchard road with good access to shopping malls and restaurants. Room size was small suitable for solo and couple travellers but not suitable for family. Staffs were very well polite and well behaved. A good experience overall "

"Excellent option for travellers who want to be close to it all!! We had a great experience and loved the breakfast each day as well. The club lounge was so worth it with friendly staff and an epic view from the top of the building. Would highly recommend the Skaii restaurant for dinner."
