"The checkin process was very smooth. We did a standard twin room with our visit. The lobby is minion theme and an awesome aquarium behind the checkin desk which for me made time fly while in line. The room was average. It did have a smell of the port (sea) when we first walked in but the room includes an air cleaner and good AC unit which took care of that problem. "Thank you so much for everything. We got late because the transportation they were so efficient to made us feel comfortable immediately. Free noodles at night with soft beverage all day and beer. Laundry service easy and it is amazing to have massage chairs at the lobby. The size of the room decent i cannot complain my husband is 6'3" and he approved the bed, bathroom shower and toilet. "Had a spacious twin room, there was a decent sized living area with a sofa. Check-in staff was friendly although I found filling in the tablet with details a little long winded. There was also a great locker section where you could lock away bags and store luggage when checking out. "The staff at this hotel were amazing. I observed a staff member helping a gentleman bring his suitcase into the hotel. Then the staff member went off to grab a towel to wipe it down since it was wet from the rain outside. Another staff member called a cab for us and actually walked us out under an umbrella to shield us from the rain. All of that was above and beyond my expectations. They were always courteous and smiling as well. "
