"It did the job, close-ish to the airport. Was far from the domestic terminal so had to get a Grab but was walkable to the international terminal in the morning. Our TV had no sound but wasn’t overly important. Ok if you’re literally just sleeping here."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel in the old quarter by the lake. The property is old, but your in the old quarter, so… Julie and Mai (hope I got the spelling right) were very friendly and helpful. Good hotel to have as a base. "

"C'était un moment merveilleux pour dépenser dans cet hôtel. Nous avons vraiment apprécié leur coopération et la manière dont ils nous ont traités. Bien qu'ils aient eu un bon petit déjeuner, j'ai adoré leur dîner. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également idéal et il est très facile de se promener ici et là. Nous avons visité de nombreux sites célèbres à proximité et nous souhaitons recommander à tout le monde de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Très professionnel."

"Anna and all staffs made sure we had a very pleasant stay. It was the warmest experience i ever had in hanoi. They upgraded and gave us the cake as it was our honeymoon. And everytime we pass through the loby they will always make sure we are ok. Anna took his heart to all guests and yesss She speak fluently english."
