"Reasonable price for a comfortable stay"
Stayed there for 5 nights. Luggage was looked after by the staff. They do provide everyone with a locker to store your valuables. Although locker was small, you would realise that you dont need that much stuff to be out of your luggage. They provide sleeping attire and towels and slippers. Yes, you can take as many towels as you want. They have an artificial onsen which has minerals in it. A very comprehensive toiletries, from hand wash, shower foam, shampoo, shaving cream, facial wash, toner, moisturiser. Although it can be crowded at around 10pm-ish, the turnover is very fast. A lot of staff speak simple english, and mandarin. Very efficient and polite service crew. The capsule was very comfortable. It has individual air conditioner, a TV (although limited channels). They will provide a bottle of water each day, and if you are thirsty, you can go to the common area for the water dispenser. They also serve wine at the ground level. I would say it is able to provide a very comprehensive set of services.

"Directly next to the subway and personal showers."
Free wifi, the location, laundry, tons of storage space under your bed, and specifically the shower setup. I would pay the price of this room just to use the showers again, but the beds were also 100% satisfactory.

Rules and regulations may be confusing at first, but easy to follow after two or three days. Rooms are small and poorly soundproofed, so other guests tossing and turning at night may disturb those who are easily awakened by noises.

"Capsule is a capsule. "
Polite and helpful staff, plece was clean alright. Expedia or the hotel should mention that the shower is common and open. Also, the hotel must put a big board and inform every single customer when checking in "NO TALKING IN THE CAPSULE FLOOR". On the first early morning at about 5:45am, one guy was waiking his friend so loud as if he owned the floor. There was one other noisy guy the same morning. One idiot is enough to disturb 20 people. Good location, 2 minutes walk to the bus stop and 4 minutes walk to the subway.

"Ok if you want cheap and clean hotel"
It is ok if you want cheap and OK capsule hotel. Bad thing is you have to check out ever morning and you have to organize your stuff everyday since you won't have your own locker for everyday. The locker is not that big anyway so your luggage have to be left on shared area. But other than that the hotel mostly used by Japanese themselves. The room are clean and decent. For me for this price I ok with it.
