Nice and clean. Good location. Staff helpful.I had a good holiday in shinjuku. The capsule hotel I stayed is nice. Good location walking distance to the shops , shinjuku station. Lots of restaurants nearby. The staff are helpful. I will go again next time.

Great for a quick stay in TokyoThe facilities are very clean and come equipped with many amenities which make it a convenient stay for backpackers. The floors were nice and quiet and the staff was friendly. Air conditioning in the room could be a little stronger.

Capsule Hotel in a great location in GinzaFirst time staying at a capsule hotel and it went well. The airport shuttle bus from Narita dropped me off at Ginza and i walked for about 10-15mins to the hotel which was easy to find as it had a great big sign at the top of the building. Great capsule stayHad a great stay at the First Cabin. First experience in a capsule hotel, felt like I was in the future. Love that they give you robes and everything else you may need for your stay. You can even get a personal wake up call since alarms can't be used.

Clean and great staff. if you stay on the 3rd floor the security door can be noisy as people coming and going often. especially between 10pm-1am was pretty bad. otherwise all good.
